Be In Harmony Design jewelry look so delicate, but is it strong?
Absolutely! Part of what makes this jewelry so unique is that every piece is braided by hand and the stones are knotted in. So, it looks delicate, but it is strong and durable.
What is man made sinew?
Man made sinew is a waxed Poly thread made in India. It has a waxy finish to it which will soften and relax with wear but it will not lose it's shape or stretch.
SIZING
How do I measure for length?
Tie a string around your wrist, ankle or neck. Adjust the string to the length you like. Open the string. Hold it against a ruler. That's your size!
Be In Harmony Design jewelry is made to mix, match and layer. If you are ordering a multi-stone with pendant necklace to go with a multi-stone necklace, you would probably want to go 2 inches shorter on the multi-stone necklace, to give it that layered look.

POLICIES
Do you accept returns, exchanges and cancellations?
We accept returns and exchanges. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You can return an item but it must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receipt. There are no returns on custom or sale orders. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. (If not returned in original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value).
We are grateful for every order you entrust to us. Every piece is individually handcrafted with care, however, jewelry is delicate by nature. If there is a problem with your item, we will repair it within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we can repair, (charges if any, would be determined by nature of repair). The buyer is responsible for shipping.
We accept cancellations within 24 hours of purchase.
